This is a great condo in a smaller complex (~16 units). It has a great rooftop terrace with a 360 view of the dessert, ocean and arch. The condo was great, with a private balcony with a nice view of San Lucas and the ocean. The unit was very clean, and had AC and fans in each room. The unit comes with two dedicated parking spots. The unit was well laid out, with nice furniture, decorations, etc. I had a great stay at this condo, and really enjoyed the views. The location is up a dirt road about a 1-2 min from the main highway.

David's condo was amazing, just perfect for our little family, we enjoy it a 150% and more, we were in the pool every day, and it was really amazing experience with such a wonderful view, personally I enjoy watching 2 little birds that were outside in the balcony and a cute little nest they sing in the morning I enjoy them with my coffe. I love bed sheet, and the ones on David's condo were wonderful they were super nice so much that 3 of us slept so good I can say so very good. my daugther got sick a little and David help us with that situation, we are super grateful for the help. well we enjoy all and all. definatelly we recommended more that a 100% thanks so much David.

The decor is modern and stylish, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and everything was impeccably clean upon our arrival. We also appreciated the spacious laundry room, which included a stack washer and dryer—such a great addition! Overall, we truly had a lovely stay and couldn’t have asked for a better getaway. I highly recommend David’s condo to anyone looking for a spot in Cabo.

I really liked the apartment. It was well-equipped, with plenty of towels, coffee filters, dish soap - everything you need. The bed was great, the rooftop pool was a highlight - and I especially like the incredible view over Cabo from the main rooms. The location is a bit away from the bustling center, but it's easy to get there. A car is recommended; otherwise, you can also take Uber. Communication with David was great, and he responded to questions very quickly. I would gladly come back anytime.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. The property itself was stunning — the view was truly breathtaking and added so much to the overall experience. The location was also ideal, close to everything I needed, yet peaceful and relaxing. Great stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short drive to Medano Beach and downtown Cabo. The host was responsive and made everything easy… even helping make us a dinner reservation. Highly recommend for a relaxing getaway!

I looked for the Airbnb for a family issue, and it was adapted to the area I needed and the budget, since it was a last-minute trip, and it was nice to arrive at the accommodation
